This Privacy Policy describes how the AutoMinder mobile application (the “App”) handles user data.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

AutoMinder is designed to help users track vehicle maintenance, mileage, fuel refills, and related notes.

We respect user privacy and follow the principle of minimal data processing.

The AutoMinder app:
• does not require user registration;
• does not use login or authentication systems;
• does not request or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information;
• does not collect data that can be used to identify users.

The developer of the App does not collect personal data from users.

Users may voluntarily enter data into the App, including but not limited to:
• vehicle information;
• mileage records;
• fuel refill data;
• maintenance records;
• notes.

All such data:
• is entered solely at the user’s discretion;
• is used exclusively to provide the App’s functionality.

User data is stored using Apple CloudKit:
• data is saved in the user’s personal iCloud account;
• data is synchronized only between the user’s own devices;
• the App developer does not have access to user data;
• data storage and protection are handled by Apple in accordance with its security and privacy standards.

If iCloud is disabled for the App, data is stored locally on the user’s device.

The AutoMinder app:
• does not share user data with third parties;
• does not use third-party analytics services;
• does not include advertising SDKs;
• does not use tracking technologies.

The App does not collect:
• usage analytics;
• behavioral data;
• device identifiers;
• advertising or marketing data.

No tracking technologies are used.

Data security is ensured through:
• iOS operating system security mechanisms;
• Apple CloudKit infrastructure;
• Apple’s standard data protection technologies.

The developer does not operate independent servers and does not store user data outside of Apple’s infrastructure.

Users can delete their data by:
• manually deleting records within the App;
• deleting the App from their device;
• disabling iCloud access for the App in device settings.

Data removal from iCloud is handled in accordance with Apple’s policies.

The developer reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy.
